What type of lamp do I need for aquatic plants?

I want to grow Anubias, Moss, Fern, Pelia, Valliesneria etc. in a aquarium. I'll be doing CO2 and fertilizers. What type of lighting do I need? I won't be using sunlight. Will a tubelight and a strip of UV-A led lamps be sufficient for the 4 feet aquarium? Will these UV-A leds be useful? Then only I'll buy 50 uv leds and make a strip. The uva emit 395 to 405nm wavelength.
