How thin should be the armpit skin?

I wanna ask if there's something problem in me because i developed a lump after having trials and errors in solving my body odor. i have a lump, thickened armpit skin and sometimes its oily and it emits so much odor. do i have disease or something??? please help me guys.. im so desperate
